Over the course of four + decades, Taylor-Lykins has built numerous custom homes. Taylor-Lykins was founded by Michael Taylor 45 years ago. Having no sons of his own, he brought Ross Lykins, his son in law, into the business over 20 years ago. This partnership proved to grow the business and produce remarkable and exceptional projects. Our combined passion of the young and the old combines expertise like no other. It has been our privilege to work with clients from the selection and purchase of the lot, meandering through the design, sourcing of materials and construction of the home. It has also been a privilege to help many of our clients find and customize a renovation of their home to realize their dream. In collaboration with exceptional architects, skilled trades and the design team of Taylor-Lykins we deliver the highest quality product.

Taylor-Lykins builds new homes priced from $750,000 to a millions plus. The craftsmanship and detail we put into each home is second to none. Each home is customized and unique to each individual client. Quality is our core value. We also provide a complete spectrum of remodeling work including, kitchens, bathrooms, lower levels and additions. We have found that being a builder from the ground up prepares us and helps in every phase of our renovations because we thoroughly understand a home’s unique structure.
